First off, we are an RV Park and not a mobile home park! We do NOT rent or accept mobile homes! We can accommodate RV's and trailers up to 45'. We have large shade trees in the front center of the park which is nice during the summer months. However, just know that the park assumes no liability if a branch were to fall out of one
First off, we are an RV Park and not a mobile home park! We do NOT rent or accept mobile homes! We can accommodate RV's and trailers up to 45'. We have large shade trees in the front center of the park which is nice during the summer months. However, just know that the park assumes no liability if a branch were to fall out of one of the trees and does damage to individuals or property. Basically, park there at your own risk! As some of you may know, our trees have been trimmed back last year and may not allow for as much shade as they once did nor will we have to worry as much about branches falling on guests RV's and trailers. By the way, we are pet friendly! Dogs need to be on leashes at all times when outside the RV. You MUST be able to control them or don't bring them here! WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT PIT BULLS OR PIT BULL MIXES IN THIS PARK! Dogs are to be walked in designated area around the outer perimeter of the park and please clean up after them so others won't step in the mess. We'd hate to have to begin charging guests for having their dog in our park but that could become a reality if people continue to ignore the requirements regarding pets. If someone is caught not picking up after their dog, they will be fined $50.00 or be asked to leave. Let's all be good neighbors and responsible pet owners. Thank you.
We have a community center located in the middle of the park for our guests to enjoy satellite television. We have card tables for card and board games. We have a free video library and a free book exchange. We have laundry facilities in the community center with two washers and a dryer and drying lines out front. We have two bathrooms in the community center and one of them has a large shower. The other is a half bath. We use the community center for our potlucks during the busy season should the weather not cooperate.
Making a reservation is as easy as sending an email and calling us to let us know when you plan on arriving. We try not to over book. If you email us, you must follow up with a phone call or you will not have a reservation. {We will not create a reservation for you through the email system. You must call us at 520-825-3361 as we h

You must call us at 520-825-3361 as we have been contacted by a possible victim who was scammed by someone using our Company name and address! We do not use payment systems like PayPal or Zelex for payments, so please don't become a victim!} We have a calendar we use for reservations and if someone is on the calendar, they will have a space here when they arrive. Please call us a week or so before your arrival to confirm your reservation so we are not turning anyone away! If your plans change, please call us to cancel so we can accommodate people that really need a space! When you call, if you don't reach one of us, please leave a message and we promise we will get back with you. No one is in the office on Saturdays but we do answer the phone. NOTE! (Please don't call after 9PM as we are NOT a 24 hour park and being the only employee, I'm usually in bed by 9:30PM or before) If you arrive for your reservation, and no one is in the office, just find a space to park, go to the office building, 'VERY IMPORTANT 'fill out a registration card with your space number and slide it under the inner office door and I'll see you in the morning. The Office building is located near the center of the park. Registration forms and envelopes are located on the table outside of the inner office. Our policy is: pay, then stay. We are no longer accepting units older than 15 years without managers or owners approval. We've gotten stuck with too many old units in the past that people have abandoned. We're sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Most spaces are 30 amp. We have limited 50 amp spaces and they are on a first come first served basis ONLY! We DON'T reserve them! MONTHLY: Monthly rates are available for Winter guests only! Guests can stay up to six months No long term year around residents accepted.
All Rates are based on: 1 OR 2 ADULTS! $2.00 additional per day for an extra guest.
Rates include Full Hookup, electric, water and sewer at all sites! There is a large dumpster for depositing trash just south of the office building. We know our sign out front says 'Adult Park' but we have never been a 55 and older park! We do welcome younger travelers and although we are not set up for children, we won't turn away a family that is travelling through! Grandchildren are always welcome!

Storage: $60.00 per month for dry storage. No yearly rates available. There are no utilities available for storage sites.
Our park is located about 18 miles north of downtown Tucson on old Hwy 77/North Oracle Road in the town of Catalina. Look for exit 240/Tangerine Rd. off I-10. Go East on Tangerine Rd. until it dead ends at N. Oracle Rd. Turn left and go north about 5 miles into Catalina. Look for the Bubb's Grubb BBQ Restaurant on your right and slow down as our driveway is just passed the new Dairy Queen. We are the next driveway.

Important! If no one is in the office, find a space to park, hookup and in the office building to the right of the door is a table with registration slips. Fill one out with the space # and slide it under the inner office door. We'll come find you as soon as we can. After hours, just find a place to park and we'll see you in the morning for registering. Use space #53 behind the office if it is open. Enjoy your stay!

09:33 Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Hookups worked well, good rate, good location for our sightseeing and easy in and out but the best is the management team of Wendy and Denise. Hospitality at its finest! Great birding in the area too! Will definitely stop back if our travels bring us this way.
